Abbe No-billed on Charges of Making Meth in Front of Kids

Janet Marie Abbe, who's 66, will not go to trial for charges of endangering a child, criminal negligence.
A Wichita Falls woman will not face trial after a grand jury declines to indict her on two charges of endangering a child and criminal negligence.
Sixty-six year-old Janet Marie Abbe, who is now no-billed, and 44-year-old Christi Lynn Prouty were arrested for manufacturing meth in the presence of two small children, a 4-year-old and an 8-year-old.
Investigators say toxicology tests were conducted on both women and the two children, and that meth was detected in each woman's body and both meth and pseudoephedrine were detected in the children.
The arrest affidavit states that investigators recovered and seized items necessary in the manufacture of meth.
The case against Prouty is still pending.
