An account is now established to help with medical expenses for the woman who was hit by an alleged intoxicated driver last week.
The crash happened around 6:30 last Tuesday morning, just west of Tanglewood on Seymour Highway.
Police say 29-year-old Tish Malacusky appears to have crossed the center line and hit 58-year-old Sheila Lueck.
Lueck's family says Lueck is still in the intensive care unit at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas ... and has been put back on a ventilator and a breathing tube.
Lueck's ex-husband, Ronald, went into cardiac arrest and died early yesterday morning.  Ronald's father -- former Mayor Jerry Lueck -- died two years ago last month.  So, it's been a trying time for the family.
An account is set up in Sheila Lueck's name at first bank in Wichita Falls, to help with medical expenses.
Malacusky is being held in the Wichita County Jail, charged with intoxication assault and violation of probation.
Bond is set at five-thousand dollars.
