A man accused of firing shots at a Wichita Falls woman after he stole items from her home will face trial for his charges.
The Wichita County Grand Jury indicted Tyree Rogers on one charge of aggravated robbery and one charge of evading arrest.
According to police, Rogers and another man entered the woman's home, located in the 17-hundred block of Sellers St., and shot at the homeowner as she pulled up to her home.
Not long after the robbery call, police spotted the suspects' car westbound on the Emanuel Davis Overpass and a chase began.
It ended on southbound Highway 287 at the Clay County line when a tire on the car blew out.
The grand jury also indicted a woman suspected of being involved in a burglary ring that's hitting local gyms.
Juanita Springmeyer will face trial for credit card abuse, two counts of fraud, and one count of forgery.
Police say Springmeyer stole a purse out of locker at Powerhouse Gym in May.
Officials say Springmeyer and possibly others may have been targeting gym members since the end of April, racking up thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges.
