Alzheimer's Caregivers Workshop

Are you so overwhelmed by taking care of someone who has Alzheimer's or Dementia  that you have neglected your own physical, mental and emotional well-being?

The Alzheimer's Association-North Central Texas Chapter is offering a workshop called  "At wit's end: tips for managing caregiver stress". The workshop will be held Friday, February 15th, at 10am at the Alzheimer's Association Regional office which is located at 901 Indiana, suite 350. It won't cost you a thing. The free workshop will help families and caregivers of persons with dementia identify sources of stress ... results of stress ... and tips for being healthier.
