Ariel Castro Suicide Questioned

Notorious Cleveland kidnapper's death may not have been suicide.
(WCMH) A newly released report states Cleveland kidnapper Ariel Castro may not have died from suicide, but rather from auto-erotic asphyxiation.

The report also finds two prison guards had falsified their logs documenting their observation of Castro on the day he died.

The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction's report states when Castro was found on September 3rd, his pants and underwear were pulled down to his ankles.

The report suggests the 53-year-old may have died from auto-erotic asphyxiation, when people gain sexual satisfaction by briefly choking themselves into unconsciousness.

No suicide note was left and the report states officials could not find a tendency toward suicide following quote "multiple levels of assessment."
