Armandariz Appears in 90th District Court in Young County

Gabriel Armandariz is charged with capital murder in the death of his two young sons.
    Court hearings continue for a Young County man accused of killing his two young sons, but a gag order is limiting information on the proceedings.
    Twenty-eight year-old Gabriel Armandariz is charged with capital murder and is being held in the Young County Jail.
    We attempted to cover today's hearing, but we are barred from asking questions or requesting court records because of a gag order put in place by the judge.
    Six-month-old Luke and two-year-old Gatlin were reported missing on April 13, 201 after family members say Armandariz sent them pictures of the boys from his cell phone.
    Police say in the pictures, one of the boys was hanging by his neck.
    They say the two boys bodies' were found underneath a home on 3rd St. in Graham.
    Another hearing has not yet been set.
