A man arrested in a Burkburnett burglary ring and sentenced to probation is back in jail for allegedly violating terms of the probation.

Twenty-one-year-old Dalton Fields has 9 counts of violating probation for burglary. He was sentenced to 4 years probation for burglaries of vehicles and buildings in Burk in 2009.

Police say the burglaries committed by Dalton and another teen occurred in stores, the high school and field house and other locations. He was arrested after being placed on the Texoma most wanted list in 2010.

Among his reported probation rules violations were failure to avoid drug use, failure to submit urine samples and failure to pay fines and fees.
