Carter Aviation Technologies to Show off History-Making Aircraft

The company is hosting their first-ever public showcase Saturday.
A Wichita Falls inventor wants to show off his history-making technology to you this weekend.

Jay Carter and the Carter Copter team make a second generation slowed rotor compound prototype aircraft.

It's broken the Mu-1 barrier three times in the past eight years.

And it's the only aircraft to ever do so.

Weather permitting, Carter and his team want to showcase the aircraft Saturday.

They'll fly the it from Olney, circle the city and Kickapoo Airport a few times, and then land so people can see the aircraft and ask questions.

If you can make it out to Kickapoo airport, they plan on being there around 11 a.m.

Everyone is invited to attend.
