Clay County Constable and Wife Arrested on Fraud Charges

Clay County Constable Ronnie Pullin and his wife are arrested in Archer County on fraud charges.
It wasn't the Clay County Constable making an arrest, but the constable himself being arrested after an investigation by Texas Rangers.

And Tuesday night, he and his iwfe are out on bond on charges of fraud.

Forty-five year old Ronnie Pullin and his wife, 48 year old Rohna, were booked into the Archer County Jail last night.

They were indicted by a grand jury on four different charges including two counts of credit card abuse, forgery and exploitation of a child, elderly or disabled person.

The Pioneer Sentinel reports District Attorney Paige Williams identifying the victim as Rohna Pullin's father.

However, when we asked Williams  to confirm this, she declined.

She did, however, say the fraud revolves around a financial institution in Archer County.

Last November Pullin was elected to his first term as Clay County Constable.

He has also worked for the Iowa Park Police Department and the Wichita County Jail.
