Clay County Constable and Wife Arrested

Clay County Constable facing fraud charges.

The Clay County Constable and his wife are arrested for fraud after an investigation by the Texas Rangers.

45-year-old Ronnie Pullin and his wife, 48-year-old Rhona Pullin were booked into the Archer County Jail last night. Archer County officials say they were indicted by a grand jury on 4 charges, including two counts credit card abuse/elderly, forgery and exploitation of a child, elderly or disabled.

The Pullin's are out after posting bond.

Ronnie Pullin was first elected constable in November 2012. Previously, he worked for the Iowa Park Police Department, and was a sergeant at the Wichita County Jail.
