Daycare Driver Police Say was Drunk Will Go to Trial

Holly Marie Wooton will go to trial on the charge of DWI with children.
A former daycare owner will face trial after officers say she was intoxicated while transporting children in her daycare van.
A Wichita County Grand Jury indicted Holly Marie Wooton on a charge of driving while intoxicated with child passengers.
The incident for which 32-year-old Wooton is charged happened last month.
Teachers at west foundation elementary school say they became concerned when they say they found the driver of a "Hollywood Kids" daycare van passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle.
An arrest affidavit states a school employee opened the door and shook the driver several times before she finally woke up.
They said Wooton closed the door of her van and took off with two one-year-olds and a three-year-old inside, none of them restrained or in safety seats.
Reports state a parent at Cunningham Elementary opened the door of Wooton's van and took the keys so she would not be able to drive.
