Details of Danielle Hill Alvarado Murder Revealed

An arrest affidavit states Danielle Hill Alvarado died of stab wounds.
An arrest affidavit reveals the details of the murder of Danielle Hill Alvarado and how her father-in-law is connected to the crime.
Robert Alvarado, Danielle's father-in-law, was arrested yesterday in Abilene.
He's charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
Robert told police that his son, Jonathan, who was Danielle's husband, murdered Danielle on Jan. 24, 2010.
Robert says his son stabbed Danielle to death inside their home in the 17-hundred block of Polk St.
Robert says he saw Danielle lying dead on the bathroom floor, and helped his son move the body to the home's back bedroom.
Robert told police Danielle's body stayed in the home for two days, while he, his son, and his wife stayed there.
Robert says he and his son wrapped Danielle's body in trash bags and a blue tarp.
He says two days after Danielle was killed, he and Jonathan went to an area of Burnett Park and dug a grave.
The next morning, he says he and his son moved Danielle's body out of the house through a back window and into a van.
Robert told police he and Jonathan carried the body to the grave and buried it deep enough so no one would ever find it.
Danielle's body was uncovered at Burnett Park last Friday after police received information from a confidential tipster.
Jonathan Alvarado took his own life in Sept. 2011.
Robert Alvarado remains in the Taylor County Jail on a $250-thousand bond.
He has a criminal history in a couple of different Texas counties.
He was convicted in Abilene for indecent exposure, and was convicted in Wichita County for indecency with a child.
He's also been arrested on numerous drug charges.
