Dinosaurs Alive Again in Wichita Falls

Discover the Dinosaurs brings family fun to the MPEC
Though they are thought to have been extinct for for millions of years, dinosaurs are appearing in Wichita Falls.

Discover the Dinosaurs is an interactive exhibit taking place at the MPEC.

The dinosaurs blink, wag their tail, and roar at the press of a button.

Organizers say even though the event is educational, kids are having a great time learning about the creatures who used to rule the world.

"The kids are having a blast they are running around like crazy looking at all of the dinosaurs, playing on all of the rides. They are having a great time, everyone has been really happy and upbeat today. It's exactly what we are going for," says show manager Taylor Hughes.

If large reptiles aren't your thing: face painting, rides, and all sort of inflatable bounce houses are also part of the exhibit.

Doors open at 10:00 tomorrow morning, tickets cost $18 for adults and $13 for kids.
