Former Student No-Billed in Sex Assault at School Accusation

Jarvis Whitaker will not face trial for two counts of sexual assault.
A man accused of forcing a 15-year-old girl to have sex with him at a Wichita Falls school in will not face trial for his charged.

Those accusations were made against Jarvis Whitaker in 2011 when he was 18-years-old.

The Wichita County Grand Jury declined to indict him on two counts of sexual assault.

An arrest affidavit alleged the assaults took place at Wichita Falls High School.

The girl told police Whitaker pulled her into the girl's bathroom near the gym and sexually assaulted her twice.

Police say Whitaker denied any sexual activity between them but admitted to being in the bathroom at the same time as the girl.

She was taken to United Regional for an evaluation and treatment according to the affidavit.
