Specialist Vito Asaro was accused of exposing himself and having sexual contact with an incapacitated soldier.

Authorities accused Asaro of striking the soldier in the face with his fist, putting his genitals in the soldier's face, and drawing on the soldier's face with a marker.

He was also found guilty of use of cocaine. The military judge sentenced Asaro to a rank reduction to E-1, 75 days hard labor, and pay forfeiture of $700 for two months.
