DPS troopers say the driver of the Passat was Wise County Justice of the Peace Terri Johnson.

She was pronounced dead on scene.

Three people in the Trailblazer, all Texoma residents, were also killed.

They're identified as 32-year-old Juan Rios and 50-year-old Sherry Rios both of Quanah.

The third victim is identified as 35-year-old Amy Dee Culwell of Chillicothe.

A fourth passenger, a four-year-old girl, was taken to Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth by air ambulance.
