Tomorrow is the day you can enjoy a fun Sunday afternoon and help raise funds for an Archer County paramedic, who is now confined to a wheelchair.
On April 16th, a crash near downtown wichita falls left pat bryan paralyzed from the waist down.
He's currently undergoing rehab at a local hospital but as you can imagine, his medical bills are mounting.
That's why family, friends and EMT's are organizing an afternoon of fun to help raise finances for Bryan.
"We're gonna have a fun run, which begins at 12:30 p.m., and that's sponsored by Eddie Hill's . Then at 1 p.m. at Outskirts on Jacksboro Highway there is barbecue dinner, which includes all the barbecue, all the trimming, all the fixins. Then a live and silent auction, which starts in the afternoon. There's gonna be a live band playing all day, which is Texas Bone Yard," says Cory Nava, who is helping coordinate the S.T.A.N.D. for Pat Bryan Benefit.
The S.T.A.N.D. for Pat Bryan benefit kicks off Sunday at 1 p.m., at Outskirts in Wichita Falls.
Tickets costs $10 at the door.
And coordinators say Bryan will make an appearance at the benefit to thank all of his supporters.
