Representatives with Chick-fil-A officially submitted a full set of building plans Tuesday evening.
After years of debate as to whether or not it's coming back, we can now answer all those rumors for you.
Officials with the city of Wichita Falls Building and Code Enforcement Division say just after four o'clock this afternoon, Chick-fil-A officially submitted their plans to open a free-standing restaurant here.
It will be located in Wichita Square at the intersection of Kemp Blvd. and Call Field.
According to plans on file with the city, Chick-fil-A will be built in front of the Shoe Carnival.
Officials say construction usually begins within one to three months of the date plans are submitted.
