Horsin' Around and Big 5 are Closing its Doors

    Two stores on Kemp Boulevard set to close soon in Wichita Falls.
    Horsin' Around is galloping into the sunset just shy of two years in business at the old Bennigans building on Kemp. The store opened in November of 2010 and will soon close its doors for good.
    The store sold women's western clothing, rustic decor, and also had a root beer bar.
    Merchandise is on sale to help clear out the store. According to store employees it's closing because the store owner's health is failing.  So far, there is not set date on when the store will permanently close.
    And another store in Wichita Falls is closing as well, Big 5 Sporting Goods, one the largest sporting good chains nationwide   is closing up shop in after more than a decade and relocating to Duncan, Oklahoma.
    Big five sporting goods has been in business on Kemp Boulevard since February 2000.  It currently has more than 400 stores operating in 12 western states.The store has put its sporting good gear on sale.
