Cecil Ray Huddleston is in Palo Pinto County Jail without bond charged with delivering a controlled substance causing death or serious injury. He's also held on a parole violation warrant.
   
A Dallas County Medical Examiner's report says 38-year-old Shannon Herrin Huddleston died of methamphetamine use and hypothermia. she had apparently grabbed a coat before crawling into the chest-type freezer in the garage of her Mineral Wells home on August 8, 2013.
   
Huddleston's teenage son opened the freezer a few hours later looking for food and found his mother's body.
