Junefest for Johnson

A community comes together Saturday to help man battling cancer for the second time.
Folks rallied around a Texoma family Saturday at Junefest for the Johnson's.
Jeremy Johnson is fighting testicular cancer for the second time so family and friends put together a fundraiser to help the family raise money for his mounting medical costs.
Junefest features food, games for kids and a silent and live auction with some great items – all donated by the community.
The Johnsons' say the support they have received helps Jeremy get through his chemo treatment and they are so thankful for everyone's help.
Jeremy's wife told us, “It almost feels like it recharges him just when you think he's physically, mentally, emotionally,. Think like this recharge him and get him back going.”
The event continued until midnight Saturday.
