Jury Selection to Start Tuesday in Justin Green Murder Trial

Justin Green is accused of fatally shooting another man.
Justin Green's trial is expected to last about two weeks after a jury is seated.

Justin's mother, Terri Green, his sister, Brittany Green, and Stephanie Corral are all charged with tampering with evidence.

Clay County officials say one of them will go to trial August 13, one on Nov. 5, and the other will happen sometime next year.

Officers say Brittany Green told them her brother shot 28-year-old Jose Ramirez in the home with a rifle in October 2007 because Ramirez did not believe in God, and because he was also reaching for a gun.

Clay County Sheriff Kenny Lemons says all four had a hand in killing the El Centro, CA man and burying his body in a shallow grave behind Justin's home south of Petrolia.
