Man Arrested after Search Warrant Executed

Gerardo Reyes is charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
One man is behind bars after Wichita County authorities say he was found in possession of meth in a drug free zone.

According to Wichita County Deputy Melvin Joyner:

The Wichita County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Unit and the Wichita County District Attorney’s Office Drug Enforcement Division executed a Search Warrant in the 5000 block of Lake Park Drive.

Gerardo Rubio Reyes, 20, was placed under arrest.

He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance PG 1, to wit Methamphetamine over one gram under four grams in a Drug Free Zone.

His bond was set at $50,000.00.

Four grams of Methamphetamine, 1.3 ounces of Marijuana and a variety of prescription medications were seized.
