Man Arrested for DWI with Child Passengers

    Court documents state a DPS trooper pulled over Johnson's vehicle for speeding.
    The trooper said Johnson had glassy, blood shot eyes.
    The trooper then noticed an open alcohol container in the car.
    An arrest affidavit states Johnson's blood alcohol level was .198.
    The legal limit is .08.
    A 7-year-old and a 9-year-old child were riding in the back seat of the car at the time of the arrest.
