Man Gets Possible Lifelong Injuries After Assault at Restaurant

Police say Albaro Franco, who's 28, is responsible for causing possible permanent vision damage by punching another man.
An assault at a local restaurant ends in the arrest of one man while another sustains what doctors say may be injuries that last a lifetime.
Twenty-eight year-old Albaro Franco is charged with assault because of the incident.
Police say earlier this month, a man was talking to Franco at Buffalo Wild Wings Bar and Grill.
They say surveillance video shows Franco punched the man without being provoked.
The victim fell to the floor, hit his head, and passed out.
Police say when they arrived on scene they found the victim laying in a pool of blood.
He was flown to Parkland Hospital in Dallas for emergency eye surgery.
Doctors say the victim lost full vision in one of his eyes and that he might not ever regain vision in that eye.
Franco was booked into the Wichita County Jail on a $15-thousand bond.
