Twenty-two-year-old Miles Bench is accused in the murder of sixteen-year-old Braylee Henry. Bench pleaded not guilty, and his attorney requested a jury trial to determine if he is competent to stand trial.

Police say on June 6th, 2012, Bench attacked Braylee who had gone into the convenience store where he worked in Velma. Her body was later found in a field near Bench's grandparents' home.
