Mother of Alleged Victim Testifies in Indecency Trial

Jesse Carr is charged with indecency with a child.
The woman who says she saw a defendant expose himself to her young daughter testifies against him during his trial today.
Jesse Paul Carr is charged with indecency with a child for allegedly touching himself in front of a three-year-old girl.
The woman says she woke up late in the night in Sept. 2010 after hearing screaming and crying from her two young girls.
She says when she went in the girls' bedroom, the light was on and the door was open.
She says she heard her then three-year-old child screaming in the living room.
And when she entered the living room, she says she saw Carr touching himself with one hand and his other hand was holding the toddler's head toward him.
Carr was an overnight guest at the home that night.
The female homeowner says Carr and her husband had been drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana over the course of the evening.
Carr pleaded not guilty to the accusations of indecency.
