Mother's Day Forecast

The remainder of the evening will likely stay dry with an isolated storm after 7 p.m. Better rain chances arrive overnight. Some storms may be severe.
This Evening
Thunderstorm development will likely hold off until after midnight across
Texoma. The exception would be our western counties where an isolated
thunderstorm may develop after 7 p.m. tonight. A strong cap in place will
likely keep thunderstorm coverage low. If storms develop, they will become
severe with large hail and damaging winds the main threat.

A strong cold front will move closer to Texoma after midnight. A cluster of
thunderstorms is expected to develop ahead of this front. Strong winds and
hail will be the main concern with thunderstorms overnight. Lows will drop into
the low 70s with gusty south winds 20-25 mph. Thunderstorms may linger into
mid-morning Monday.
