Museum of North TX History to Open Vietnam War Exhibit

You can experience the Vietnam War through a new exhibit at the Museum of North Texas History.
You can experience the Vietnam War through a new exhibit at the Museum of North Texas History. An unused library at the museum is now a new exhibit called: Vietnam War: The American Experience.

It was put together by Ralph Cuevas, a museum intern and MSU graduate student who is getting his masters degree in history.

"One of the requirements for his degree is to do a major project.  Ralph decided he wanted to do a Vietnam War exhibit and he has conceived, designed and constructed this entire exhibit," says Charles Campbell, executive director of the Museum of North Texas History.

Although the exhibit officially opens tomorrow, a public reception for the exhibit is Saturday at 2 p.m. at the museum, which is in downtown Wichita Falls on Indiana Avenue.
Admission is free.
