In February Wichita Falls City Councilors decided in a 6- to- 1 vote to allow the city's towing and impound services to be handled by *one* company for the next five years.

Jody Wade Enterprises was the company that got the contract and today wade opened the new facility on Armory Road.

The building was formally Bonham elementary and will now serve as both an impound lot for vehicles seized by police and as a police evidence storage area.

Wade says the facility will mean more convenience for t the community.

"They will have 24hr access to get to their vehicles and any property if they've been involved in a wreck there will be staff 24 hrs a day. So this is going to be great for the community as far as offering them a service after hrs", said Jody Wade owner of Wade Enterprises LLC.

Wade says the new facility has added about 10 new jobs and they they are hoping add more jobs in the future.
