Obama Under Fire for Not Visiting Border

President Obama meets with Governor Rick Perry about the growing crisis at the Texas-Mexico border, while taking criticism for not visiting the site.
(NBC News) President Obama is in Austin today, raising money for Democrats, speaking about the economy, and fighting critics who say he should be at the border.

"I'm not interested in photo ops I'm interested in the problem," said President Barack Obama.

The President and Texas Governor Rick Perry had two short conversations in Dallas Wednesday. Perry wants drones, a thousand National Guard troops at the border, and policy changes to deport immigrants, including children, faster.
