Police Say Man Fled After Questioned About Child Sex Assault

Police say they need your helping in locating Benjamin "Bennie" Ernest Burks.
    Archer City Police need your help in finding a man they say fled after being questioned about sexually assaulting a child.
    Archer City Police Chief Joe Burton says his department received a complaint against Benjamin Ernest Burks.
    Burton says that complaint was about an alleged aggravated sexual assault of a child.
    The victim says the incident occurred June 29.
    Burton says Burks was questioned about the incident that day, but he fled the following day and authorities have not been about to locate him.
    Authorities say Burks could be driving a late 90's model blue Chevy extended cab pick-up.
