Police Say Man Intentionally Rammed Victim's Vehicle

Kenneth King Turner Jr. is charged with aggravated assault, assault on a public servant, theft over $20-thousand, attempted theft over $1500, and accident involved damage to vehicle.
    A Wichita Falls man is in custody after police say he rammed a car he was driving into another woman's car.
    It happened yesterday afternoon just before three in the 43-hundred block of Seymour Hwy.
    The victim says a driver, later identified as 22-year-old Kenneth King Turner Jr, was driving erratically and circling her vehicle.
    She says she drove away into another parking lot but Turner followed her.
    Police say Turner then rammed his vehicle into the victim's.
    He drove away. but officers caught up with him down the road.
    Turner was arrested and was charged with aggravated assault for intentionally causing his vehicle to collide with the victim's.
    He also faces four other charges including theft over $15-hundred because police say he took the rental car he was driving from someone else.
    Turner is being held in the Wichita County Jail.
    His bond hasn't been set.
