Probation Revoked for Man Sentenced for Breaking Toddler's Bones

Willie Lee Davis is now sentenced to five years in prison.
A Wichita Falls man originally sentenced to 10 years probation for breaking a toddler's bones in 2009, will now spend five years in prison.
In February, 23-year-old Willie Lee Davis was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
That was a violation of his probation, so Judge Woodlock decided to revoke Davis' probation today in the 89th District Court, and Davis was sentenced to five years in prison.
Back in 2009, Davis was sentenced for breaking the bones of a three year old girl by picking her up by the foot and twisting it.
Police say the three-year-old girl's mother told them she witnessed Davis abusing the girl two times in 2008 in their home on Harding.
