Several water issue are on tap to be discussed during Tuesday's Vernon City Commission meeting.
City leaders plan to update the Drought Contingency and Water Conservation Plan.
The city is currently under Stage 4 restrictions and officials say the biggest change to the conservation plan would be to allow residents to use drip and soaker hoses on plants and trees during Stage 4 restrictions.
Since Vernon gets all of its water from wells and officials say the last well crews drilled did not produce much water, leaders will discuss drilling a new well.
The city commission meeting gets underway tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. at Vernon City Hall.
