Teens charged in Lawton homicide

Lawton police say 18 year old Thorsten Rushing shot and killed his 49 year old father Uwe rushing and his 13 year old brother Stefan early last week. He's charged with 2 counts of 1st degree murder and 2 counts of conspiracy to commit 1st degree murder. And remains in the Commanche County jail on a 5 million dollars bond. Police say the shooting happened just after 2 a.m. On January 20th in the family's home on East Columbia.

Police say Thorston told them he and his father and brother were watching television when two masked men came in through a back door and started shooting. But officials say their investigation revealed.. Thorston committed the crime with the help of three other men and a juvenile.

Police have arrested and formally charged 19-year old Ethan Thompson with two counts of 1st degree murder and two counts of conspiracy to commit 1st degree murder. His bond is 5 million dollars.

19-Year old Cody Davis and 18 year old Timothy Delahoy, junior are both charged with 2 counts of conspiracy to commit 1st degree murder and 2 counts of accessory after the fact of 1st degree murder. Bond for each is 2-million dollars.

And 17 year old Wesley Bankston was formally charged this morning with 2 counts of murder in the first degree and 2 counts of conspiracy to commit first degree murder. His bond is 5 million dollars.
