Texomas Groundhog Day Forecast: Feb 2

Groundhog Day should be unusually warm with increasing clouds.  Late in the afternoon showers and t-storms could erupt in our far western counties but all of us should see storms, possibly SEVERE overnight into Friday. ~ Met. Bryan Rupp.
Texomas Forecast:

Today...Mostly cloudy. Highs around 70. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph shifting to the southeast 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon.

Tonight...Thunderstorms...some storms may be SEVERE...warmer. Lows in the lower 50s. Southeast winds 15 to 20 mph. Chance of thunderstorms 80 percent.

Friday...Partly cloudy. Thunderstorms likely in the morning...some storms may be SEVERE... Then slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs in the lower 70s. South winds 15 to 25 mph. Chance of thunderstorms 70 percent.

Friday Night...Partly cloudy. Colder. Lows in the upper 30s. West winds 10 to 20 mph.

Saturday...Partly cloudy. Cooler. Highs in the mid 50s. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph.

Saturday Night And Sunday...Partly cloudy. Lows in the lower 30s. Highs in the lower 50s.

Sunday Night Through Tuesday...Partly cloudy. Lows in the upper 20s. Highs in the upper 50s.

Tuesday Night And Wednesday...Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 30s. Highs in the upper 50s.
