Three Charged for Alleged Illegal Gambling Practices at Texoma Businesses

Three men are charged by sealed indictment for allegedly engaging in organized criminal activity and gambling promotion.
Three men are charged in what authorities allege were illegal gambling practices being carried out at Texoma businesses.

Sixty-one year-old Norman Leonard, 46-year-old Brian Ranger, and 64-year-old Victor Robinson are each charged by sealed indictment.

The Wichita County Grand Jury voted to indict the men on one count of engaging in organized criminal activity and one county of engaging in organized criminal activity for gambling promotion, exceeding $200,000.

According to the indictments, which are now unsealed, the alleged illegal gambling practices began in August 2012 at the Sweepstakes Internet Cafe businesses.

They state the men participated in the earnings of the gambling place by operating illegal gambling devices.

They allege the men committed the offenses with the intent to share profits with those who took part in the criminal activity.
