Trial Set for Man Charged with Having Thousands of Grams of Meth

Ronnie Dabney is charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance over 400 grams.
Trial is set for a Wichita Falls man charged after authorities found thousands of grams of meth in his home.
Rodney Dabney appeared in the 30th District Court for a jury pre-trial hearing this morning.
In May 2010, Dabney and four others were arrested after police say they seized more than 24-hundred grams of methamphetamine from a house in the 800 block of Rathgeber Rd.
Police say around two thousand grams of liquid meth and around 400 grams of powder meth were seized.
Officers say the drugs were valued at nearly $140-thousand.
Dabney will go to trial on the charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance over 400 grams.
Jury selection for that trial is expected to begin Monday, Sept. 17.
