United Officials Say Employee Smuggled Pills

Store officials say Latrisha Wallace Schelter took a large quantity of hydrocodone from the pharmacy.
    Authorities in Burkburnett arrest a United Supermarket pharmacy employee for smuggling hydrocodone out of the pharmacy.
    Twenty-seven year-old Latrisha Wallace Schelter is charged with diversion of a controlled substance by registrants.
    According to an arrest affidavit, company officials suspected Achelter had been stealing the drug, so they started to monitor her.
    An employee reported they saw Schelter take some pills.
    When officials asked her to empty her pockets, they say she removed a large quantity of pills and placed them on the counter.
    Officials say Schelter wrote a statement admitting to taking the pills.
