        Behind their second-highest offensive output of the season, the Wichita Falls Wildcats (22-16-3) battered the Lone Star Brahmas, 7-2, at the Kay Yeager Coliseum on Wednesday.

        Will Vosejpka led the attack with two goals and two assists, while Rudy Junda and Kirk Van Arkel both had two goals and an assist. Kyle Bauman also had a strong night, with a goal and two assists, while Jake Townsend added to assists of his own.

        Wichita Falls returns to the ice on Friday when they host the Odessa Jackalopes. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. Fans that cannot make it to the Kay Yeager Coliseum can catch all the action on FASTHockey.com, with an audio-only broadcast available on UStream.com.

NOTES: The Wildcats are 4-1 against Lone Star this season, and have now outscored the Brahmas 26-8 in those contests…With his four point effort, Will Vosejpka now has 10 points in five games against Lone Star this season...Wednesday’s contest marked the first time this season the Wildcats have had three players score multiple goals in the same game.
