Wichita Falls police say speeding lands a Windthorst driver the Wichita County Jail after he leads officers on a short chase that ends in Lucy Park.

Twenty-three year old Devin Wolf is charged with DWI and two counts of evading arrest. His bond is $20,000.

Police say an officer saw him speeding along Kemp Boulevard around 12:30 a.m.

Investigators say he sped through a traffic light and refused to pull over until he reached Lucy Park.

Police say that's when Wolf slowed the vehicle near the log cabin, jumped out and ran.

But investigators say officers quickly caught him, cuffed him and took him to jail.

Police say Wolf's three male passengers, who are all in their 20's, stayed in the truck and were all arrested for public intoxication.
