A 31-year-old Wichita Falls woman is arrested after both she and one of her young sons tested positive for meth.

A 31-year-old Wichita Falls woman is arrested after both she and one of her young sons tested positive for meth. Chasity Hardy is charged with abandoning or endangering a child.

Police investigated after Child Protective Service received information that people in an apartment on North Rosewood were using drugs around children. CPS say a 9-year-old boy in that residence told them he saw his mother and others smoking something that was in foil.

Police asked the woman to submit to a urine test which she agreed to, and they say she tested positive for both meth and marijuana. Police also got consent to perform urine tests on her two sons. They say a 7-year-old boy tested positive for meth.
