Fire officials from across the state, including from Wichita Falls, paid tribute to a Dallas Fire Fighter killed last Monday.

Funeral services were held Monday morning for 40-year-old William Scott Tanksley. He was responding to a traffic accident when he was knocked from an icy overpass by another vehicle.

Five members of the Wichita Falls Fire Department Honor Guard are attended the service in Terrell, TX.

Tanksley leaves behind a wife and three children.
