WFISD Board Members Approve $125 Million Bond Proposal

WFISD school board voted to approve the $125 million bond proposal set to be voted on by citizens in May.
WFISD School Board voted to approve the $125 million bond proposal set to be voted on by citizens in May.

The bond includes building a $64 million high school for 1,900 10th through 12th graders at Memorial Stadium, building a $24.2 million districtwide Career and Technical Education Center, possibly at Wichita Falls High School, making renovations totaling $10 million to Hirschi High School to become a second, smaller school in the district, as well as making other renovations and improvements in the district that total more than $25 million.
