Citizens helped Crime Stoppers make arrests in burglary cases and many other crimes last year.

According to the Wichita Falls Police Department annual report just released, Crime Stoppers tips led to 128 arrests and cleared 227 cases last year.

Other information you can find in the report includes the number of accidents, number of traffic citations issued, gang related arrests, and number of violent and non violent crimes reported.

Also you can find where the most dangerous street locations are by number of accidents. For 2013, it was again the 3100 block of Lawrence Road, in front of Walmart and Quail Creek. There were 32 accidents there in 2013, down from 38 in 2012, and 31 others in the same block. Third on the list was 3100 Midwestern in front of Sikes Senter.
