What Toys Will Look Best Under The Christmas Tree

Taking a look at the hottest toys that will have your child smiling this holiday season.

With about a month until Christmas, the clock is ticking for you to find the hottest gifts for the youngest members of the family.

When it comes to toys there are so many to choose from.

But what's the one that will make your child grin from ear to ear?

We went in search of the most popular toys.

They're checking out and bagging up.

Crowds of people purchasing the perfect gift.

"I really like the crowds and the Christmas shopping it just kind of gets you in the spirit," said Beck Ashley, a Black Friday shopper.

The spirit of giving.

And what should you be giving this holiday season?

"I would say the Wii U which is the latest Nintendo system it actually has an individual controller with it's own screen on it," said Lisa Choate, a Toys'R'Us associate.

One popular game you can play on the Wii U is Skylanders.

Similar to Pokemon characters, they have different powers that can help you in the different virtual worlds.

The game is recommended for kids ages 6 and up.

And for children younger Choate says the Leap Pad II is the perfect fit.

The new look is similar in it's design to an Ipad, but shopper, Mindy Ashley says the best part is, "they interact so well. And they combine the learning with the things that are fun, so kids don't always know that they are learning which is always more fun."

The Leap Pad games also indicates what lessons will be taught like the new Brave game which explores things like life science and logic.

But if you're looking to stay away from gadgets this year, Doc McStuffins, one of the newest Disney characters will do just the trick.

It's all those purchases you can load up on which will have your child smiling from ear to ear.

One of the great things about all the products we were shown is that there are all types of variations of each item.

And variations in products means variations in prices so there is something for everybody's budget.
