Wichita County Health Officials Hosting Late Immunization Clinic

Wichita County health officials are ready to help parents get their children immunized so they can head back to school.
Wichita County health officials are ready to help parents get their children immunized so they can head back to school.

Health officials say students entering kindergarten or 7th grade need to look at their shot records to make sure they're up to date. And teens starting college need to make sure they're caught up on their tetanus, meningitis and flu shots.

If you haven't had time to get your children immunized, Wichita County health officials plan to stay open late Tuesday. The health district's late shot clinic is Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the facility on on Third Street. They're also hosting late clinics on Thursday and Tuesday, August 27th.
