A Wichita Falls man was sentenced in federal court for an arrest in 2012 on Cumberland. Thirty-seven-year-old Leonardo Sanchez received just over 9 years in federal prison for possession of meth with intent to distribute.

In October of 2012, Wichita Falls gang force task officers and K9 officers raided a home in the 3000 block of Cumberland.

Police seized meth, cocaine, cash and handguns. They also found plastic bags of meth inside a tube of caulk in his truck. The Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms assisted in the investigation.
