Willie Nelson Concert To Help Makeup Washed Out Fallsfest Funds

Proceeds from the sale of Willie Nelson tickets will help Fallsfest organizers recover some lost funds.

Only memories remain of this year's Fallsfest and a lot of eyes cryin' in the rain, but now a stranger is coming to the rescue for the Junior League.
The rains kept crowds away Friday and Saturday and caused the entire event and all the live shows Saturday to be shutdown Saturday afternoon.
Blue skies may yet return for Fallsfest, thanks to the most famous redhead in Texas, Willie Nelson.
The promoter for Willie's upcoming concert in Wichita Falls has arranged for part of the proceeds of ticket sales to go to Fallsfest.
In honor of 27 years Fallsfest has been in Wichita Falls, tickets for his concert at the MPEC next Tuedsay will be on sale for $27 tomorrow through Sunday.
Tickets can be purchased at the Kay Yeager Coliseum ticket office, by phone at 716-5555 or online at www.wfmpec.com.
